Jonathan believes that information is the most crucial factor in resolving legal matters. His extensive experience has taught him that aggressive tactics often impede negotiations and exacerbate disputes. A more measured, logical approach not only effectively counters the opposition but can also expedite resolutions by encouraging agreement on contentious points.
An active member of The Ontario Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society, Jonathan has also contributed his expertise as a speaker at the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association Conference in 2005. He has extended his influence beyond the courtroom as the author of “Radiohead: From a Great Height,” a book exploring the ascent of the famed music band.
